Morgyn Ella

Just letting everyone know that Morgyn is finally home after 9 days in the hospital. Quite possibly the longest 9 days of our lives but far better then the possible 4 weeks that had told us it could be! We are so excited to have her home and pretty healthy. She is on a monitor for now but she is doing great! Thanks for all your love and support. Check out our family blog for her entire story! Love you all

Wedding Anniversay

Dad and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary today. It is actually tomorrow. He bought me this beautiful bracelet that is a commemorative for Breast Cancer awareness month. It is absolutely beautiful. I love it. Rob you are always so thoughtful. I love you and am so glad to have spent the last 35 years with you. Thanks for all of your support and love throughout the years. I am glad to have you as my eteranl companion. Hope that we can be together for another 35. You are the best and I love you forever. I am thankful also for our 7 wonderful children who have put up with this crazy Mom and Dad . You all are the best and I love you all.

Hey, I think I actully figured this thing out. I guess we will see. I am starting to catch up on the computer age. I suppose it is about time.
Dad and I had the master bathroom redone. I looks awesome. We took out the old vanity and had a new one made. Granite top with counter sunk sinks. New mirrors and fixtures. the new cabinets are knotty hickory which we really love. It looks so good. Now Rob for the next project? We are missing our two missionaries. It is good that Janis and Matt and kids are with us. Keeps us too busy to think too much about them being gone. They will be home before we know it. We are so proud of all of our children and their little familes. They are such a joy to us both. What a great blessing in our lives. What joy we find in living the gospel. I know true happiness is found in living the gospel and its principles. It takes a great amount of faith at times but that is where true joy is found. Love to you all. MOM

TIME FLIES

Wow how time flies! It seems like just a few weeks ago Aimee & RJay were just getting ready to leave or waiting on a mission call. Yet here it is almost ONE YEAR. It also seems so recent that I was the only one with a child, one lonely grandchild and now Boom there are how many? 13?(no one shoot me if I'm wrong) With at least one on the way!?

It seems as if the year 2008 had just begun and now here we are in NOVEMBER. We have 7, yes, count them SEVEN Mondays left till Christmas. I have 5 mondays till surgery, that's coming fast(for those unaware, I'm having a Hysterectomy & Bladder Repair on the 9th of Dec).

Where does the time go? It's funny how somedays we wish we could speed up time because we are anxious for a particular event or achievement to arrive; and other days we wish we could slow or roll back time to enjoy the moment or correct moments.

I guess we shall never know where the time goes; how little or great earth time is in the span of our existence; nor waste presious time trying to calculate it.

Well, we are not doing anything real exciting. We both stay busy.
Cory is moving to NY, can't remember where at the moment. We are thinking he's a little crazy, cuz it involves a girl, but hope it works out for him.
The kids are enjoying school. Spencer is in 6th grade, but in 7th grade math and he finds that weird cuz "i don't like math". He is also in band and playing the french horn. He says he's enjoying that too.
Megan is in 4th grade and loving the middle school instead of the elementary. She did a cheer camp about a month ago and had lots of fun and did a great job. She's suppose to start gymnastics soon.
Jared is in kindergarten and really likes it. He is getting better with his behavior when in school, but with the school breaks reverts back to chaos. He's learning to right his name and his colors and follow directions pretty well. is just all boy and LOVES the snow. He likes to be outdoors and play in the dirt, mud, rain, snow he doesn't care. He treats the dog (Dollie) like a little sister; fights with her one minute and loving & kissing her the next.

Request

So I just receieved an email request to update the family blog. I feel like we don't have much to update on in our little family yet we seem to stay busy. So here is what is going on.
Josh and I received closing dates for our new house and get to visit it often :) It is coming right along. All sheet rocked and ready to be painted. We close Dec 19th so hopefully all will go well and we can move in before Christmas. Josh is working hard at UOP and is number 2 for enrollments in his east coast division! That is AMAZING! He works so hard for our family and I am so grateful for that. I am starting a Vinyl lettering business I had my first event last weekend and it went ok. I have 5 more in the next 9 weeks so I plan to be pretty busy every weekend. I am still working at Brooklyn Boys a couple nights a week too. Taylor is in Preschool and Dance so she stays busy a few days a week. She can hardly wait for the new house and for her new sister to arrive. Colin is a busy bee as well. He is non- stop, slamming doors, drawers and drumming on things. He jumped off the table the other night and gave himself a black eye. First one which really is quite suprising. He loves being outside now that it is cooling off. We are looking for a puppy so that we can potty train it before we move. Morgyn is growing although I hardly feel pregnant except for the odd days that my body decided to remind me via sore hips or a bloody nose or being overly tired. She is due Feb 16th and at this rate I feel like she is tiny and it could take much longer but they say she is right on target.
Well there is a little/big update on us! Everyone else needs to post one now so our missionaries and other family can know how you are doing if they don't have time to check out each indivdual blog. Love you All!

Belated Birthday

Well here it is a month plus after R.jays Birthday and he sent me pictures that I never got posted. Now that I am feeling a bit more sane and my kids and I are feeling better. It was a long road the first trimester of this pregnancy and with my sick o kids things have been nuts! Well this post isn't about me its about Rjay! Sorry for not posting these sooner! Love you Jay!
